Whatever could have sparked Hugh's hatred of cauliflower?
"Cauliflower cheese is the passion killer," he grimaces.
Uh-oh. What's that Tim's cooking up in the kitchen?
"This is a new spin on a British classic - cauliflower cheese!" beams the unsuspecting chef.
Hugh's convinced no man can reinvent the cauliflower but when Tim serves up his fried cauliflower pakoras with raita and cheese cauliflower, Hugh's won over.
"It's really, really nice," he admits, "I'm almost embarrassed by how much I like that."
