Someone who loves the cauli is Canteen chef Tim. He's having none of Hugh's floret-bashing.
"They're not dull," he says, loyally.
"Insipid," says Hugh.
"They're not insipid," says Tim.
"Anaemic," says Hugh. "I'm not having it on the Canteen menu unless you can come up with a dish that has me doing back-flips with delight."
Always one to rise to the challenge, Tim rolls up his sleeves and channels his inner cauliflower.
