It's clear Gordon has his work cut out getting the partners fired up about their business' potential. But he's a man with a plan and his team work through the night putting the redesign into action.
Chris and Brian arrive in the morning to a completely revamped restaurant. Gone is the dreary bistro vibe in place of a light and airy café with brand new deli counter showcasing local produce.
"If this doesn't light your fire I don't know what will," Gordon tells the overawed pair. What's more he's even replaced their missing 'N'.
Brian is positively beaming but Chris isn't so sure. "Hannah and Mason's closed last night. Hannah and Mason's bakery and café opened," he muses with a furrowed brow.
