Gordon thought the kitchen was bad but it seems the worst is yet to come. A dig around the fridge unearths a tray of raw chicken, stuffed together with cooked pieces of meat creating a lethal combination.
Gordon is apoplectic: "Hey, panini-head are you listening?" He roars. "You're going to kill someone. This is not a Valentine eat out, this is a Valentine fucking massacre."
Scared for the customers' safety, Gordon closes the place down and Chris is forced to inform the diners. "Chef Ramsay is shutting us down," he tells them, ashen-faced.
It's all too much for one of the waitresses who runs out in tears. The rest of the staff get busy cleaning. They're in for a long night.
