Gordon arrives in a chipper mood, delighted with the picturesque town: "I can't think of a better way to spend Valentine's Day than at Hannah and Mason's," he smiles. "Sorry Maso 's." The sign on the awning is missing an 'N'.
On Marie's recommendation, Gordon orders French onion soup to start followed by quiche and the intriguingly titled 'pork lollipops'. Chris prides himself on his soup decoration, serving it up loaded with toppings.
"Let's start out with zero out of 10 for presentation," slams Gordon after the first dish, going on to criticise the lamb for being undercooked and the quiche for falling apart.
"Where's my car keys," sighs a defeated Chris. But it'll take more than a disgruntled Gordon to ruffle Brian's feathers. "I'm not really nervous to meet Chef Ramsay," Brian shrugs. "He said everything was gross but whatever."
