It's time to see the restaurant in action and Gordon's underwhelmed by the kitchen prep.
"That's the saddest excuse I've ever seen for a pizza in my life," he informs a weary looking cook.
"Buy it, defrost it, fry it, send it," sums up Gordon. "You can't call yourselves a restaurant."
John is cutting corners in all the wrong places and before long food is sent back. As customers start to walk out in disgust Gordon loses his temper. "It's an insult to fast food," he cries, enraged.
The staff are at their wits end; embarrassed by the shoddy service and struggling to survive on their dwindling pay cheques. "This is our restaurant too. I have mouths at home to feed," screams waitress, Ashley. "Nail me to the cross," is Rick's curious reply.
