Stomach churning, Gordon heads into the kitchen to find out who's responsible for such a culinary crime.
"We don't really have a chef," explains John, unfazed. "The menu was designed to cut a lot of the labour out."
"And serve shit?" asks an outraged Gordon.
"We serve a lot of them," shrugs John nonplussed.
Gordon gathers the owners to dig out the root of the problem. "What's wrong with the business?" he asks Tricia. "John," comes her immediate reply.
