Shouty chef, Brian, is a new man. For a start he's still there and these days he's got a new-found love for cooking. His food tastes amazing and Gordon's shepherds pie is so popular they're getting requests for it from fans 1000 miles away. "He's still an arrogant bastard," laughs Buddy, "but he's my arrogant bastard."
Gordon's transformation boosted business by 35 per cent. But the biggest change happened after Gordon left - Buddy had a heart attack. It was the wake up call that made Buddy's family realise how close they came to losing him. The sparring siblings pulled together to make their relationship and their restaurant work.
Buddy says: "We did everything he said - and it's spit on."
Gordon says: "That is one very happy family, they're back in love, they're happy and they're making money. Game over."
