Since Gordon's last visit, business at Peter's has been phenomenal. The eager team took to heart Gordon's ideas and principles and followed them to the letter.
Part of the transformation was facing up to issues that needed to change, but the once squabbling siblings have risen to the challenged and transformed their staff, their menu and their attitudes.
Chef Fernando, the newest addition to the team, has had a calming effect on the team and the peaceful vibe has filtered from the kitchen, right through to the dining room.
Even Peter is pulling his weight. "If you're not part of solution, you're part of the problem," he confesses, "I was part of the problem."
Peter says: "Gordon really saved us. He put everything into perspective and he came just in time. I thank you Gordon, I really do."
