When I sow this program I feelt sorry for Peter. No selfconfides. But after to loose intencen and a peptalk with Gordon helpt him good. The restaurant came alive and Marylen could cook and made flambeds food. Sorry for my a little bit broken English, but this is what I can find out to write about. Gordon is great to find out a way so the owner can feel passion to made food and make everything to go very good. Alway in different way. I wish Peter, his mother and Gordon a great life.
