Blind taste test

Gordon wants the chefs to start tasting their food so arranges for a blind taste test to see how in tune they are with their own menu.

The test is a disaster for executive chef Ricky who can't even taste the difference between chicken, pork and beef.

Sous chef Lex fares better and, as a reward, is promoted to head chef.
