Service on the second night is a shambles. But that doesn't stop prep cook 'Buzzard' sloping off home early.

And he's brought a few treats from the kitchen with him. Gordon catches Buzzard with a packed lunch that includes a four course meal and a couple of bottles of wine to wash it all down.

"Anyone who steals from me is out." Gordon warns a defiant Buzzard.
