Gordon's brilliant burger

After researching the neighbourhood, Gordon's realised that a fine dining establishment is not going to succeed in Pomona. The area has a young, artistic community and isn’t affluent enough for a restaurant charging Lela's prices.

But what is missing from Pomona is somewhere to get a burger. So Gordon makes the chefs go back to basics with a simple, delicious burger recipe.
