After watching a busy Saturday dinner service, Gordon is left with no doubt why the business is on its knees. The elaborate food means orders are soon backed up with a chef clearly frustrated about doing everything alone.
When the decadent dishes finally make it to the table they are often cold and sent straight back by the disgruntled customers. Dean puts pressure on Mike to get the dishes out regardless but the food is far from its best.
