According to head chef Mike, the problem lies with Dean's controlling attitude.
Having built the restaurant up from scratch, Dean is unable to let go of the reins when it comes to the kitchen and his constant shouting and swearing at the kitchen staff have ground Mike down.
The chef admits his passion for food has gone out of the door along with the customers.
