The worst is over. The team survived their opening night and despite slow service customers went away happy. It's now down to Dean to keep it going. Gordon talks to him man to man and asks why Dean is so scared of failing.

"I've failed before," admits Gordon. "And it made me the man I am today."

Gordon's frank words seem to do the trick and Dean is convinced the changes could be the lifeline he's looking for.
