Gordon gets his design team to give the restaurant the once over to create a cleaner, brighter atmosphere.
A new sign is put up to attract passing custom and the old photos of Dean and Barbara's renovation work are brought down from the loft and proudly displayed for all to see.
Even Dean is "man enough to admit it looks great".
