Things go from bad to worse when service starts. It takes 40 minutes before any food leaves the kitchen and Gordon catches the chefs placing vats of hot food on to the floor.
"We have more staff than customers and we still can't get it right." Shouts Gordon. "General manager? General toss pot," Gordon yells at Martin.
Eventually the customers get tired of waiting and leave.
