The day after the relaunch Gordon and Mohammed have a debrief. Gordon thinks the restaurant could be phenomenal but only with someone like Vikas on board. Hiring someone of that standard would mean sacrificing one of the managers and Gordon wants Martin out.

"You ran it, you wasted it. You let the place go to shit," Gordon tells Martin.

Furious and insulted the general manager quits.

Hi, i have just finished watching kitchen nightmares usa with my wife. It was good to see how the restaurants are doing a year later and how Gordon has helped with the success of them. One thing I did notice however is the name of Dillons restaurant. It had changed to Purnima, Dillons Restaurant, but the front sign (image 11 above) says Dillions Restaurant, which is different to the sides and front of the building. Is this intentional or a genuine mistake?? The programs make great viewing, especially seeing peoples reactions to Gordon change when they realise he knows best.
