Welcome to the Hamptons, the summer getaway destination for New York's rich and famous. This cash rich area should be the perfect location for a restaurant to thrive in, but Irish pub and family restaurant, Finn McCool's is struggling to stay open.
Gordon visits the restaurant in winter, a time when the tourists are gone and being popular with the local community is vital for the restaurant. But he finds an empty dining room, a filthy kitchen and a staff who have lost their focus.
Gordon has a week to pull the restaurant and the family behind it back together.
