Maybe not. A disorganised kitchen means that a night that should be a huge success descends into chaos.
Poor communication sees waiting staff taking orders for food that's off the menu. Customers start to complain and rather than raking in the cash, the restaurant ends up losing money as it comps meals for table after table of angry diners.
