Gordon's in la-la land this week as he takes on the Nightmare Kitchen of The Secret Garden in Moorpark, California.

Chef-owner Michel is a Frenchman with a chip on his shoulder. Despite his restaurant's freefall toward bankruptcy, he's convinced that he's a great cook with a great business. When Gordon comes in and finds a dirty kitchen, an awful menu and a worrying lack of customers, Michel gets on the defensive.

Someone hide the knives. Tempers are flaring at The Secret Garden.
