Neil Morrissey and chef, Richard Fox, are on a quest to break into the brewing industry. After three years of drinking beer, they are determined to turn their dream of producing a top quality blonde ale into a sparkling reality. As well as launching a brewery to rival Britain's best, they also want to open their own pub and sell their own beer. And their ambition doesn't stop there - they want their beer in every supermarket in the country.
With a lack of time and limited knowledge, the journey could potentially be far from smooth. However, Neil's philosophy - 'nothing is impossible' - suggests an optimistic future.
