The chaps have sunk quarter of a million pounds into their beer venture. If it fails, they're going to be hit hard.
"I will lose absolutely everything," Richard admits.
Money's flying out of the pot and still the bills stack up. Plus, the boys' unique selling point - their on-site micro brewery - hasn't been built yet, despite what it says on the sign.
"We're not lying," says Neil, "we're pre-empting advertising."
Creative truth aside, the micro brewery won't come cheap. Richard finds some second hand kit but even that's going to set them back £14,000.
"I've still got to find the money for that from somewhere," he says as he high-tails it away in the van.
