In their quest to brew the perfect pint, Neil and Richard have invented a recipe, devised a marketing strategy and found themselves the perfect English pub. But there's still a long way to go. They're £50,000 over budget and there's still the small matter of building a micro brewery to further drain the coffers. It's time to start making money.

The boys hope to cut a deal getting their beer into supermarkets nationwide. But until the big bucks roll in, they're starting local with a beer and barbie menu.

150 guests turn up to try Richard's gourmet food, but they're a tough crowd and dyed-in-the-wool wine drinkers aren't interested in seeing the beer list. Even Neil ignores Richard's expert pairings and opts for a pint of… Morrissey Fox.
