Jamie decides it's time to spread the word wider so he makes a date with the air waves and arranges to host a show on BBC Radio Sheffield. There's just one problem - the show goes out live at the time he's hosting his cookery class. Cue Natasha.
Jamie hopes his star pupil will be able to step up to the challenge and teach the class how to make a simple green salad in his absence. But Natasha has her doubts: "I stutter when I talk to people," she cries in a panic. But with a bit of encouragement she agrees and takes to her new role as teacher with real aplomb. If only his other students could be as studious.
