Right - now it's time to head down the mine. That's correct, you read right. Jamie is taking his challenge underground to convince the miners of Maltby that real men do cook.
But it's a real eye opener for Jamie, who's overwhelmed at the heat and conditions of working miles underground. "What a way to go to work every morning," he sighs. "I'll never moan about London traffic again. When you've had a shovel in your hand all day, why would you want to pick up a pan?"
Well it seems some miners do as Jamie manages to top up his band of volunteer students with some new recruits. He hopes the fresh competition will give some of the less motivated members a bit more motivation. "Are we getting replaced?" asks a concerned student. "Not if you start passing it on," encourages Jamie.
