1. I was really interested in the hibiscus tea that Jamie had at chef Ali's in New York. It looked very similar to a traditional Christmas drink in Trinidad in the Caribbean called Sorrel, made from hibiscus flowers. Is it possible to have the recipe for the tea please? I've really enjoyed the show so far and can't wait to try some of the other recipes. Love the idea of the "anti restaurants" too! Nice one! X Claire Thanks. Claire.

3. I am a veggie so apart from the awful animal section (during which I had to change the channel) I really enjoyed this show and all the character's and stories. I would in particular like to know how to make a donation to George and his feeding the homeless charity? What an inspiring and wondeful man xx

8. Does anybody know the bollywood track that was playing in the taxi? Really enjoying this series. Despite everything that tv has done for him, Jamie's sincerity and genuine passion for food and people really comes through in this series.

10. Thanks 4Food Ed. The music, the style and of course the food- I have to say this is Jamie's best series yet, didn't think he could get any better but he does! I have bought copies of the book accompanying the series for 2 of my friends (as well as for me of course), just like with his Italy series it makes me not only want to cook but to visit all the places therein...Sarah, in the book he just calls them 'Egyptian stuffed flatbread' (Waitrose sell the Egyptian spice blends ie Sumac and Zatar btw).

13. What a fantastic show you have here. Absolutely inspiring and totally fresh and interesting. I really think Jamie has got his heart in the right place. He's interested in the people, the reasons that people are there and how they are surviving.There's not one ounce of snob on him. He's just as real as the people he went and interviewed and dined with.I'm so fed up with these ego inflated souflee shovelers. I'm proud to be a cook and I'm proud of Jamie. He's the balance we need in the world of snotty chefs. Thank you so much
