Spurred on by the supersized vision of things to come, Jamie gets ready for his biggest challenge yet - passing on his recipes to 1000 people in a day, teaching 50 people to cook every hour.
The plan is to have Jamie's band of beginners each teach five people how to make a beef stir-fry. These five then teach a person each, who in turn, pass it on to another person, and so on until 1000 people are cooking up a storm. Sounds simple? Not really.
There are council workers teaching it to hospital staff, who are teaching it to construction workers who are teaching it to travel agents and just two hours later 500 workers have completed the stir-fry. But Jamie's looking for quality as well as quantity and staunch critic, Julie Critchlow, is worried the recipe is getting lost in translation. Time for Jamie to step in with some emergency bullets points and make sure the 1000th recipe pleases the Critchlow palette.
