If there's one lady who won't tolerate any finger wagging it's former crisp addict and star pupil, Clare. As the first of Jamie's class to take on the role of teacher, Clare heads to the KP factory to teach some willing workers how to make an omelette. But she's not impressed by Jamie's patronising tone. "Jamie you don't have to tell me it's a good omelette, Sweetheart, I am a cook now," she tells him.
Next up to the blackboard is Simon who's charged with teaching the workers at Bramall Construction how to rustle up chicken wrapped in pancetta. Simon takes to the task with gusto, giving a humorous, eloquent and empathetic lesson on how to flatten a chicken.
"I'm so proud of Simon," gushes Jamie. "If I was a slightly more emotional person and had a heart I'd be in tears right now." Steady on, Scrooge.
