To convince other councils to find the funding to start their own Ministries, Jamie's going to sweet talk some politicians. And he's not the only one. He's sent Natasha to Hull to teach the mayor meatballs.
Natasha might be a star pupil but she's miles from the comfort of her own kitchen.
"It's too posh for me. I'm wearing Adidas in the mayor's house thing."
Fighting her nerves, the newest head chef passes on meatballs and pasta to an enthusiastic and appreciative audience. It's an emotional experience. Once her pupils have left, she opens up about what Jamie's mission has meant to her.
"I thought I'd fucked my life up when I had kids at 15 but you can do anything if you put your mind to it - you can still do it."
