While his class plan parties, Jamie's popping into the Ministry of Food shop to see if his volunteers are passing on the right message.
"What is 'pass it on'?" he asks.
"I've passed on my information," says one volunteer, "about healthy eating. That there's nothing wrong with it."
"I've given my friends bumper stickers," says another. Worryingly, no-one mentions recipes.
There are some grumpy faces as Jamie sends the confused volunteers out to grab people off the street for a quick-fix cookery class. But there's no time for sulking. This HQ has to work for other cities to sign up for their own Ministries.
