The revolution has begun, Jamie leaves his non-cooks cheffing with confidence and making simple changes to improve their lives and the life of their families.
Six weeks later, it's a different story. When Jamie pops in to see Natasha her early enthusiasm has been lost and real life kicks in, she's gone back to the takeaways.
As Julie predicted, money is the problem. Natasha's struggling to make her benefit payments stretch and financial worries mean she's reverted back to old habits.
The rest of the gang are much the same. Hardly anyone has passed on the fish recipe and the campaign looks set to collapse.
If Jamie can't find a solution, his mission to get the nation cooking, will fail before it even started.
