Jamie's undaunted by Julie's pessimism.
"You've got to try," said Jamie, "do you think people built planes by being realistic?"
To launch, he suggests Natasha and Claire cook 100 portions of fish in front of a crowd, and let the public to try their wares. The lasses are laughing - "No problem," say the cocky cooks.
