It's crunch time. Jamie calls his first class together and gets underway with an open and honest chat about their cooking and eating habits.
From busy mums, to clueless dads, there's all sorts of reasons why Rotherham's reaching for the takeaways.
Jamie starts them off with a challenge cooking meat and fish. But with half the class scared of touching raw meat it's a bold start and an uphill struggle for the students and Jamie alike.
