i finally got a second sat dish and after a lot of tweaking, get channel 4 here in munich. problem is, i can't re-watch the jamie at home episodes online over here. any ideas? by the way, really great series. production and graphics are right on. nice one.

hi my name is sarah dixon and i am deaf and i love to watch you on channel 4 jamie at home and nake chef,i love your cooking and i have do quick write the recipe and sometime i miss because word the recipe go fast and i couldnt not catch up and i would like ask you give me the recipe of the pavlova with chocolate vanilla sauce and poached peara?. and that made me want to made it and i think that is look good and really amazing and i alway buy your book and some of it i use cook and it was so wonderful and fab foods. i wish i could meet you becuase i use to be head cook in 1988 and i left the job becuase i have kids. thanks for listen and read this from sarah dixon from nottingham xx

We have just watched Series 2 episode 6 regarding eggs and Jamie made a scrumptious pavlova with chocolate, vanilla sauce and poached peara. Please, please, please can you let me have this recipe. It is absolutely amazing!!
