Leeks are so naturally tasty that they don't need much dressing. You can dress them up but added to the pan with a little butter and a pinch of salt, the gorgeous subtle flavours speak for themselves.
But leeks are equally at home in a fancy dish like the roast concertina squid Jamie cooked up.
