Produces very high yields of medium to large potatoes, with red skins and pale yellow waxy flesh. Good all-round cooking qualities, as well as drought and slug resistance, make them a popular choice for home-growers.
These large oval potatoes boast floury, creamy-white flesh with good flavour and which rarely discolours when cooking. Widely considered the best variety for making chips.
