To ensure a long-lasting supply of cauliflowers, try growing the following varieties:
A frost-hardy winter variety with deep white curds.
A novelty cauliflower with edible and turreted green curds for harvesting in the summer and early autumn.
A new variety that is resistant to a nasty disease called club root. It can be picked from the late summer to mid-autumn.

A summer cauli which is grown in the normal fashion. However, if you transplant the seedlings closely together (15–20cm (6–8in) apart) then the curds can be harvested as mini-cauliflowers.
A good choice for sowing under glass and harvesting in the early summer.
A tasty cauli with dramatic purple curds. It can be harvested in the summer and autumn.
A snow-white summer cauliflower that is one of the earliest to mature. The curds are naturally protected from the sun by the vigorous leaves.
