I enjoyed the show and the cooking demonstrations. I grow my own beans and plan to cook runner beans with passata, topped with monkfish. I can't find thew recipe.

potato, tomato, head of garlic, herb bundle (rosemary, thyme, celery) beans water, cook for 40-ish minutes, set aside potato, tomato, head of garlic, add more olive oil than red wine vinegar, mash set aside vegies into paste, add to beans ... more or less

no, I saw the same recipe and would like to make it myself, borlotti beans, a tomato and a potato amm boiled up together, it looked great, but I'm having no luck finding the recipe on the 4 website.
