1. I tried to watch the video, and tried to locate it in your archives but had no luck. Would be very interested to find out what those 5 tips for a stress free Christmas were. I know it is only July now but Christmas is fast approaching and any stress reducing tools are always appreciated! I have seen previous episodes for the great roast potato but not for the gravy and as I said, any Christmas stress relieving tips I can get I would be happy with. Thanks Gary

2. Greetings from Colchester, I am visiting from California and I would very much like to meet Jamie Oliver. I have been a fan for several years and I miss his regular series on the Food Network in the USA. I will be in Colchester until Jan. 11 and would very much appreciate a reply regarding my request. My fiance (Colchester resident) would also like to speak with him regarding his brick oven we see on the series....If it is at all possible, we would very much like to visit this garden and meet with Jamie Oliver in person. thank you for your consideration... 3. We have already bought the goose and are looking forward to cooking it but we cannot find the receipe for jamie's way with that lovely looking gravy and the roast veg in goose fat please help Thanks in antisipation have a merry christmas Roy

4. I watched the program where Gennaro Contaldo cooked chestnust instead of roasting them. But thinking I could get the recipy on the net, I didnt make any notes. And now I cant find it. Please anyone if you know where I can find or have it please let me know. Many greatful thanks xx

12. My son and I are watching the re-run of the Christmas Specials and are inspired again! But the filo mince-pie recipe,how to prepare and carve the turkey and the fab gravy recipes are nowhere to be found, in books or on the web. PLEASE put them on the site before Christmas Eve!!!! Thanks.

13. Your book released last Christmas was excelent but why did you not release it, (or the next one that accompanies this series), as they appear during the programs? They have such a wondeful rustic character. Have a good Christmas.

15. Gutted C4 fail to make the 2007 turkey receipe available re turkey Christmas lunch from Jamie at Home. Very dissappointed we watch then want to download or even buy if necessary But no Totally ignore the humble cook. POOR We buy the books - last year downloaded and used SUPERB - Where is it now ? no where to be seen BIG MISTAKE
