At Sainsbury's Head Office, senior directors are impressed with Joseph's thorough research and punchy sales pitch.
"It's a really good idea," says Dido Harding, director of convenience, "but not one we can roll out quickly."
Sainsbury's liked Joseph's idea but they decide not to pursue it. Instead, the company have something else in mind for the ambitious supervisor.
