In the battle to win the supermarket war, Sainsbury's is looking for inspiration from the people that know its stores best - the workers. From shelf stackers to trolley pushers and cleaners, Sainsbury's Chief Executive, Justin King, believes it's the little people who will have the big ideas on the business' future.
"I'm just a run of the mill store trainer," says 21 year old Becky Craze who has been working in her local Watford store for six years. But while walking the supermarket aisles, Becky thinks she has spotted a golden opportunity to improve on one of the company's biggest campaigns - Feed your family for a fiver.
She will be taking her idea to some of the sharpest commercial minds in the country, but can she convince them she's onto a winner of a money spinner?
