The volcano shaped cakes are served up and look quite sedate at the first glance. But Heston's served them with a shot of syrup which will cause the puds to erupt on contact.
The guests begin to pour and the puddings erupt, sending frothing foam all over the plates. It's a mesmerising sight and the guests are in awe before they've had a mouthful.
"I want it to do it again," says Greta gazing at her expended cake. "Give it 20 minutes," wink-winks Danny Wallace.
The guests think it's delicious and Heston's delighted that all his hard work has paid off. "I've shocked my guests," he beams, "but above all I've created a truly exciting, theatrical meal of a lifetime."
