After her success rearing veal for the F Word restaurant, Janet has been commissioned to provide all sorts of meat for this year's contestants to cook with.

Janet will be running her own livestock farm, starting with cattle - and not just any cattle. Dexters are a miniature Irish breed that only reach half the size of a normal cow.
"It's like a Shetland Pony turned into a cow," says Janet, as she meets the half-pint herd.
Janet will be taking home two milkers, complete with their calves. But when she comes in for a closer inspection the bovines turn belligerent.
"The f**king thing just kicked me in the leg," she yelps.
"That was a real one off," explains the farmer coyly, "usually she's one of the most placid girls in the whole herd."
"I like a bit of spirit," says Janet, "I'm going to choose her."
