It's North v South as Salvo and Prosecco restaurants are in the kitchen, cooking for 50 hungry diners. The restaurant that sells the most dishes will walk away with the crown of Britain's Best Italian Restaurant, and go on to compete in the next round.
Both Salvo's spinach ravioli and Prosecco's crab ravioli are a hit with the diners.
Salvo's pork escalope divides the crowd but Prosecco's venison seems more successful.
There are only a few votes separating the rivals as they head to dessert.
With everything to play for both restaurants create their version of a fig and frangipane tart .
At the final hurdle Salvo's serves up the superior sweet and Yorkshire's Italian wins the F Word's first round.
