The calves will hang for up to 10 days then David will be eaten by Janet and her friends - and Elton will be delivered to the F Word kitchen.
"You owe it to yourself and to animals to make sure you know where the meat came from and how it was reared," Janet tells Gordon.
Gordon has a gift to help her remember her farming experience.
"Hang it above your Aga," he says, "isn't that nice?"
"Have you noticed the dribble?" says Janet. "That's what I'll remember."
