The journey gives Janet time to reflect.
"Obviously it's a sad day," she concedes, "I don't have to prove I'm macho. I'm not as macho as Gordon."
Janet's come to the abattoir to meet slaughter man, Michael McIntyre, and to see that the slaughter will be as humane and respectful as possible.
"Is it Elvis and David?" asks Michael.
"No," clips Janet, "it's David and Elton."
