There's all sorts of trouble at the pass. Gordon spots some plates going out, stocked with five helpings of plumptious pigeon whist others only have a single slice.
That's not the worst of it. Luscious locks and a lack of hairnets mean there's an unwelcome hairy garnish in the casserole.
Despite fires and follicles, the brigade rack up a decent score of 35 out of 50 paying guests.
