On to the main course of pigeon breast with summer vegetable casserole.
It looks like Mica's applying her 'thorough' cooking techniques to this course too.
"The idea is to colour them, not cremate them," says Gordon.
It appears to be a family trait. Cherry bins a whole pan-full of burned pigeon and, not wanting to be outdone, Paula sets her pan on fire. Gordon is not impressed.
